三、會議簡介
本次會議由伟德bevictor中文版主辦，伟德bevictor中文版承辦。本次會議以“利用大數據和模型技術服務于生态環境保護與可持續發展”為主旨,邀請國内外著名專家學者出席并分享前沿研究成果和應用案例。會議聚焦生态環境領域的數據采集、分析、建模、模拟等關鍵問題,探讨如何充分利用計算機、人工智能、物聯網、大數據等前沿技術,構建更加精準的生态環境監測、保護、預警、體系,推動信息技術在生态監測、環境評估、政策制定中的應用，為應對氣候變化、保護生物多樣性等重大環境挑戰提供有力的科技支撐,為實現人與自然和諧共生貢獻學術力量。本次大會旨在促進跨地域、跨學科、跨領域的交流合作,推動生态環境大數據與模型技術的理論創新和應用實踐,為推進生态文明建設注入新的動力。

五、特邀報告專家簡介
(1)YaopingRuan.YaopingRuanhas extensive experience in the research and development of medical big data, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing products. He currently leads a global team of more than 100 people in Asia, Europe and the United States to build the world's leading Watson medical big data platform and artificial intelligence cloud applications. He has been awarded the IBM Corporate Award (Highest Achievement Award), multiple OTAA (Outstanding Technical Achievement Award), TAA (Technical Achievement Award), and Best Paper Award.
(2)XingLiu.Xing Liureceived the Ph.D. degree with Towson University. His research interests include machine learning, the Internet of Things, and cybersecurity. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Computer Science, Sam Houston State University, Huntsville, TX 77340, USA.
(3)Zhen Zhou.Zhen Zhou is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Environmental and Resource Engineering, Climate & Monitoring, at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) since August 2023, and a lecturer, at College of Mathematics and Computer Science, at Zhejiang A & F University since December 2020. His academic background includes a Ph.D. in Geophysics from RWTH Aachen University, Germany (2020), an M.A. in Geophysics from University of Science and Technology of China (2015), and a B.A. in Geophysics from Chang’an University (2009). His research primarily focuses on near-surface geophysics, hydrogeophysics, seismic tomography, machine learning, and ground-penetrating radar (GPR) inversion techniques.
